We only have 10 Caravan Holiday Homes. 9 of them are 2 Bedroom 28ft x 12ft they have one double and two singles. but can accommodate up to 6 people by adding a double sofa bed. And 1 of them is 32ft x 12ft 3 bedroom 1 double and 4 singles.

*New for the 2026 season are G1, N3 & H1 exactly the same models as previous one’s (maybe slightly different layouts and colours).

All of our Holiday Homes are Double Glazed and Gas Centrally Heated so are snug whatever the weather. With a range of models maintained to an excellent standard, each van has a generous sized, light spacious lounge, a fixed dining area which doubles up as a great area to spread out the daily papers or play board games.

There is a practical kitchen that contain plenty of cupboard storage space and mod cons, fridge, microwave, kettle, oven grill, hob, hoover, toaster, cutlery, dinner sets, glasses, saucepans and all utensils. We trust you will find everything you need for a stress free stay.

Bedrooms include wardrobes with hangers and wall storage units. Every caravan has a shower room with toilet, hand basin and walk in shower. 32″ Freeview TV is provided along with electric and gas.

Pets are welcome in any 1 of 4 dedicated pet-friendly Holiday Homes (N3, N4, N5 & H1) an additional cost of £75 pets must NOT be left alone and must be kept on a short lead.

Parking is available door-side of the Holiday Home, one car per booking there will be an additional cost of £10 for extra cars. YOU MUST NOTIFY US IF YOU ARE BRINGING AN ELECTRIC CAR

Strictly NO SMOKING CIGARETTES or VAPOURS in or around the caravan.

All gas appliances have been tested and certified (boiler, cooker, fire, etc)

We do now have Wi-Fi (Cost Involved). Please be aware that phone signals are not guaranteed.

All of our Holiday Homes come with a “Welcome Box” on arrival which consists of:

1 x Tea Towel 1 x All Purpose Cloth 1 x Sponge Scourer 1 x Washing Up Liquid 34ml 1 x Refuse Sack 4 x Tea Bags 4 x Coffee Sachets 8 x Sugar Sachets 8 x Milk Sachets and Biscuits. 1 x 250ml bottle of water (per person booked).

ON REQUEST We can provide for your arrival a Congratulations Service, Chocolates, Cards, Cake, bottle of Wine or Prosecco Even Helium filled balloons! A nice surprise already waiting in your caravan………. Birthday’s, Anniversaries, Christening’s or Just Because You Can

All price are based on 2 adults sharing, additional adults are £35 each per week, children under 14 stay for free accompanied by an adult (18+).

Please remember to bring ALL your bedding as we only provide mattress protectors.
